Bella snapped the house from Joe & the Juice coffee chain founder Kaspar Basse for $6.1 million. Space was constructed in 1877 and was once an old silk showroom. The home is fully functional and comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bella’s sister Gigi Hadid’s partner Zayn Malik also snapped up a penthouse in the same building for $10 Million. According to the property listing, Malik offloaded the property in January 2020 for $9.45 Million, after he originally listed it for $10.9 Million in July 2019.
