Calvin Harris sold Hollywood hills estate to Charli XCX for whooping $5.1 million. Back in 2017, Calvin Harris took over the cozy 6000 square foot Hollywood Hills estate from DJ Steve Angello. After keeping this four-bedroom luxurious house for over three years, Calvin put it on the market this summer, and it’s scooped by the professional English singer Charli XCX. Although the price asked by the Scottish DJ for this property was $400k above the selling price ($5.5 million), he has still managed to sale it above the price he bought it for, $5 million, according to the reports.
Image Credit: Daily MailThe new home for Charli XCX consists of four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and most of the interior of this lavish house consists of whites and browns. Charli would surely spend an amazing time in her newly-bought residence, as it has a pool surrounded by small palm trees contained within large stone pots.
Calvin’s former house’s multiple doors open out to the backyard. An area of the backyard leads the residents to the dining room that’s just a few steps away from the half-bean-shaped swimming pool. There’s a multistory vaulted bay window at one side of the sitting area that offers a breathtaking view of the nearby greenery.
Since Calvin and Charli are both music industry’s stars, Charli had been lucky enough to get this residence as it already has a soundproofed, popcorn walling music room. There’s another living room upstairs of the residence, which features an opulently designed fireplace and plenty of windows offering a mesmerizing view of treetops. A sumptuous chandelier highlighted by dark wood rafters, hanging from the white ceiling, adds more beauty to this sitting place.
Bringing down the originally asked price by $400k, Calvin Harris sold Hollywood hills estate to Charli XCX, which he bought from a fellow DJ. We can expect some changes in décor by the English singer in one of the bedrooms in this house, which is adorned by an inflatable llama. Charli is surely going to spend quality time in her comfy home as it is settled in a heavily forested area that will give her a chance to indulge herself in natural beauty.
