It’s no surprise many celebrities are dripping in diamonds, most of which are reserved for red carpets or other special events.
But some, like pro boxer Floyd Mayweather, via social media because, well, they can. Most recently, the boxer shared an Instagram video showing off his diamond-encrusted watches, bracelets and rings, making us common folk feel like freakin’ paupers. Why? He’s also known as “Money,” and that’s what people with that nickname do.
The best part is Mayweather captioned the video, “Y’all tell me what the caption should be.” Don’t put that on us, Floyd. You’re the one making upwards of $30 million per fight. His September bout against Saul “Canelo” Alvarez pushed his boxing record to 45-0 while upping his career earnings to $350 million, according to Forbes.
Check out the video below:
A few days ago, the boxer also shared pictures of his NCAA finals bets totaling tens of thousands of dollars.
Turns out Mayweather made about $75K from the big UConn win, which I can only assume will go toward something he’ll soon post on Instagram.
