Howie Mandel is known for flipping houses. America’s Got Talent Judge sold his Hollywood hills farmhouse for $9.5 Million, which he bought for $2.6 Million two-years-ago. Howie and his wife renovated entire home after purchasing the property. The house is situated in the middle of a celebrity enclave. The main house stretches upon 9,900-square-foot.

The abode is designed into a modern and trendy farmhouse. The exterior is black, and there’s a blend of stone features. Guarded gates protect the farmhouse. It sits above the street level, and there’s lush green landscaping in the backyard. There are a number of amenities, including a home theater, a glass-enclosed wine room, and an elegant bar. The kitchen is sleek and stylish and comes with stainless steel appliances. The farmhouse boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, according to the listing agency Danielle Peretz.

In 2014, Mandel bought a home in Encino and later sold off it to purchase two condos in Santa Monica for $4 Million back in 2016. America’s Got Talent Judge, Howie also supported the local business during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also actively donated a substantial sum to the coronavirus victims.
