American talk show host Rivers has completely re-structured and remodeled her Santa Monica Estate, which is a 7,048-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa. The veteran host has offloaded the property to which he previously called a “Happy Home” for $15.5 Million. The Martyn Bullard-designed mansion is full of art pieces of her parents, and she has added a minimalistic touch to it. The star bought the property in 2016 for $11 Million. Melissa has completely reimagined the six-bedroom and six-bathroom home. The host was living in the mansion, but it had a traditional outlook, said Bullard in an interview.

She has designed the chef kitchen with calming shades of blue, and it is splashed over the tile backsplash and cabinetry. In a statement, Bullard has said that she is a terrible cook but loves a beautiful kitchen. She said that the family room and kitchen need some extra crisp colors. The dining room comes with a platinum leaf ceiling treatment, and there are two sets of hanging cabinets. It also boasts a crystal chandelier to give a feel of a traditional look. The house also comes with a home office, and there are floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. Mellissa Rivers said that it reminds her of the library in her mother’s New York apartment. However, the main ensuite is neutral-toned but has a glam. There’s a spacious dressing room with an extensive wardrobe.
