¼ cups white rice (dry)
½ cup sliced almonds
4 cups cold water
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cinnamon sticks
2 cups whole milk
Method
First, add rice, cinnamon sticks, and almonds to a blender. Blend for half an hour to an hour until properly blended. If the mixture sticks to the inside surface, stop for a while, and shake the blender.
Now, pour sugar, vanilla, and 2 cups of water. Blend for half an hour again. Pour the extra water and milk and blend until properly mixed.
Then, cover and let it cool for 8-12 hours. Strain the mixture and serve with ice. You can add garnish according to your own taste.

1 tbsp chicken-flavored bouillon powder
1-pound boneless chicken breasts
2 cups fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic
24 dried corn husks
½ tbsp cumin
½ hot salsa Verde
Kosher salt
4 cups masa harina
3 cups lard
Directions
Soak the corn husks in a hot water bowl, using a plate to keep submerged for 1 hour. Prepare the filling and bring the bouillon powder and 4 cups water to mix in a medium bowl. Add the chicken and mix until cooked, 12 to 15 minutes., remove the chicken and let it cool. Keep the broth aside.
Then, puree the cilantro and 1 ¼ cups of the broth in a food container until it gets smooth. Transfer to a medium container, add the cumin, salsa, and garlic and bring over medium heat, cook for some time. Mix in the chicken and add the salt, remove from the heat, and let it cool.
Now, make the dough and soak the ancho Chile in hot water until smooth for about 15 minutes. Drain Chile and mix to make the paste, combine the Chile pasta, lard, 2 tbsp salt, and 2/3 cups warm water. Stir with your hands for 10 to 15 minutes, a marble size ball of dough floats in the water too.

2 cups canola oil
½ cup almonds

10 medium garlic
2 large tomatillos, 1 large tomato
1 cup Mexican chocolate
4 tbsp sugar

First, stem chiles and shake seeds in a pot. Now tear the chiles in pieces. Place 4 tbsp of Chile and sesame seeds in an iron skillet. Toast seeds for about 2 minutes, transfer to a spice grinder along with seeds. Add the peppercorns, cloves to the skillet and toast until aromatic, add thyme, marjoram, cinnamon to a grinder and grind all the ingredients.
Heat the oil over a medium flame and fry the chilies until it is darkened, transfer the chilies to the plate. Remove the skillet from heat and reserve. Keep it for 30 minutes and strain the chilies.
Place 1/3 of the chilies, 1/3 cup liquid, and ¼ cup chicken in the blender until it is properly blended. Strain the mixture and mix it to get a smooth consistency, put it aside. Then return the skillet with oil over medium flame, fry the peanuts, almonds, etc for some time, and transfer them in the bowl.
Fry the bread until it is golden brown, fry the tortillas and remove it from the skillet. Break them into small pieces and add to the bowl mixture. Heat the oil and add onions and cook until it gets brown, mix garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Then transfer them to the bowl with the spice mixture. When oil is heated, add tomatoes and tomatillos, and cook for 10 minutes, mixing for some time. Transfer them to the bowl and add 2 ½ cups of chicken stock. Pour the puree spice mixture into the blender and strain it, set the mixture aside.
In a large bowl, heat 3 tbsp of oil over medium flame. Add the Chile puree and cook, till the thick consistency is visible. Mix the mixture, then reduce heat to low and stir for 30 minutes.
