Innocence, a private island in the Exuma district of the Bahamas, is currently on the market for an astounding $55 million.
A house is included in the sale of the island — a 3,000-square-foot main house with six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms hangs out at the top of one of the island’s highest points. This provides the new inhabitants with miles of ocean views. A nearby bungalow houses a gym and meditation deck overlooking the bay.
Innocence boasts acres of beaches and foliage.
Innocence has its own private runway even has its own pilot code – perfect for the new owners to land one of their many private planes. With an island worth $55 million, one can only assume the new owners have a small fleet of aircraft.
