According to the reports, Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa sold their Enrico estate for $6.7 Million approximately and took over this 7000-square-foot residence in the suburbs of Los Angeles. Sitting behind the electronic gates in the suburb of Tarzana, Nick Lachey’s new residence was previously owned by the NFL pro player, Randall Cobb, who’s worth around $10 Million. The host of America’s Musical Family, Nick, sold his former home in Encino for $6.7 Million that he acquired from the estate of late Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera for $4.15 Million in 2016.
