Paz de la Huerta is known for many things, some of those things being part of her career. The infamous starlet has had her fair share of controversy in her time, but she’s also been a part of several memorable performances that have solidified her status as a well-known actress.
Paz de la Huerta began training for her future acting career at the young age of four.
She began getting serious film roles in the early 2000s, and from there most notably starred in Riding in Cars with Boys, A Walk to Remember, The Cider House Rules, Enter the Void, and also had a brief stint on the HBO show Boardwalk Empire.
In addition to acting, she’s a serious model, as well.
Paz is no stranger to controversy, however, as she’s been known to be the life of the party where on several occasions things got a little weird. Some of her more scandalous moments include using Jack Nicholson to make her boyfriend jealous and demanding to conduct an interview in a sauna- sans clothes.
Although the official reason has never been revealed, her hard partying ways are the likely the reason behind her being fired from her role in Boardwalk Empire.
That was back in 2013, when she was filming the subject of her latest controversy: Nurse 3D.
Paz is currently in the middle of a lawsuit with her Nurse 3D movie director because she says her career is over thanks to an accident she got into on set where an ambulance clipped her; she claims when she threatened to file worker’s comp, the movie executives used another actress to dub over Paz’s lines in that scene and others.
Paz is now suing for $55,000,000 because she says prior to the accident she was making about $2,000,000 a year.
