Priscilla Presley listed down her Spanish-style Beverly Hills estate last summer for $16 million. There have been several price cut downs, and now finally it has been offloaded for $13 Million. The mansion was built in 1951 and boasted a swimming pool and a tennis court. Presley has called the home to be a sanctuary, as it is covered by trees and is tucked behind a gate. The mansion has been offloaded in six months after she put it on sale. The mansion comes with seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. Priscilla bought the mansion in 1970, to live closer to her ex-husband Elvis Presley.

Priscilla had bought the Beverly Hills Mansion almost 50 years ago. The mansion is an impeccable example of Spanish architecture. The mansion has a rustic and charismatic charm. There’s also a separate guest suite and a verdant garden. The terrace of the house gives a touch of the remote European landscape. There’s also an outdoor sitting area, which could be utilized for a cosy guest sitting. The mansion is available for the time in 45 years to purchase. It isn’t clear how much she paid for the home. There’s a rough estimate that she bought 50-years-ago, but there aren’t clear records. The representative of Ms Pricilla didn’t respond that she has sold off the mansion. In 2019, Presley sold off the Brentwood ranch for $3.8 Million. Now, she has scooped $13 million after selling-off the Beverly Hills Mansion.

Initially, the asking price of the mansion was $16 Million, but after several cut downs, Priscilla has sold the mansion for $13 Million. The mansion features a vaulted ceiling, and there is matching framed archways. The cream color of the walls is a perfect combination with the wooden flooring. Among the seven-bedroom, there is a large ensuite which is attached with a spacious closet. There’s also a library and a whiskey room in the mansion. After six months, Priscilla has scooped $13 Million.
