Tom Selleck has also joined the list of celebrities to tip food server $2020 as part of the 2020 Tip challenge. The actor left $2020 for the food server on the table at an Italian restaurant Elio on the Upper East Side of New York City. Donnie Wahlberg tweeted that I found that my TV Dad Tom Selleck has generously accepted the 2020 Tip challenge. Wahlberg also shared the snap of the receipt and a note the Detroit-born actor left for the food server; it reads that Tom is honoring Donnie Wahlberg’s 2020 tip challenge for a better 2020.

The 2020 tip challenge started in small-town Michigan. The challenge was taken to the national level by a kid. People all across the United States are tipping their food servers a bit extra to melt down the tragic nature of this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The challenge was elevated by Donnie Wahlberg when he tipped his food server with $2020, and it was welcomed by most of the celebrities. Now, Tom Selleck has come forward and accepted the challenge and tipped a food server at an Italian restaurant in New York City. The news didn’t get public until Donnie himself shared the snaps of the note and receipt that Tom has accepted the challenge and tipped his food server. Along with him, many other celebrities have done the same by giving extra money to their servers.
