    Triple H started work as a manager at Gold’s Gym in Nashua where he was introduced to Ted Arcidi, a world champion powerlifter and who was then employed with the WWE. After numerous attempts, Triple H successfully persuaded Arcidi to help him connect with Killer Kowalski, a former pro wrestler and trainer who owns a professional wrestling training school. Eventually Triple H enrolled in Kowalski’s wrestling school and began to train as a professional wrestler.

    Triple H married in real life his on-screen story line wife, Stephanie McMahon in 2003. Their marriage produced three daughters.

    Triple H debuted as a professional wrestler in 1992 as Terra Ryzing in the International Wrestling Federation (IWF). In the same year, Triple H won the IWF Heavyweight Championship. Triple H eventually signed a year contract with WCW and debuted his first televised match as a villain named Terror Risin’ which was later modified as Terra Ryzing.

    In mid 1994, Triple H was renamed Jean-Paul Levesque, at the time he also began using his signature finishing move – Pedigree. The following year, Triple H began competing for WWF and repackaged himself as ‘Connecticut Blueblood’. Soon enough he began using the name Hunter Hearst Helmsley which ultimately shortened to Triple H.

    In his entire career, Triple H bagged 25 championships which includes 9 reigns as WWF/WWE Champion and 5 WWE’s World Heavyweight Champion. Triple H also won the 1997 King of the Ring tournament and the Royal Rumbles 2002 and 2018.
